Children at Coventry's St Thomas More find fun ways to stay 'cool in school' during the heatwave

CHILDREN and staff at St Thomas More School in Coventry found fun and novel ways to keep cool in the classroom during the heatwave.

As well as eating ice lollies and meditating when the temperature began to rise, the reception class began Tuesday morning with a splash party.

Others (pictures) carried on with their work and enjoyed snacktime whilst having their feet in trays of cold water.
