COVENTRY and Warwickshire Mind have a variety of free wellbeing workshops being held throughout August with topics including self-esteem, anger, and transition into secondary school.
All sessions are free, no referral is needed – people just need to be aged between seven and 18 and live in Coventry and Warwickshire.
The events are held at Coventry Family Hubs.
Parents or carers do not need to stay with young people.
