RISING communications star Charlotte Durham has been recognised for her work at Coventry based recruitment firm Pertemps at the 2022 LadiesFirst Awards.

Charlotte, 27, picked up the Young Achiever award at the ceremony at Coombe Abbey last week for her outstanding impact on the business and contribution to media work.

The Awards were hosted by Ladies First, which aims to inspire and assist young women across the country.

Other Pertemps employees were nominated in several categories.

The panel of six judges at the ceremony included Lisa Webb, the head of corporate relations for Barclays Central Region, and the director of Coventry and Warwickshire law firm Alsters Kelley Solicitors Ltd, Julie McGarrigle.

Charlotte said: “I’m extremely grateful to Pertemps for nominating me.

“It was wonderful to be among so many inspirational and empowering women.”

Pertemps chair Carmen Watson added: “In the three years Charlotte has been with us, she’s made a huge impression on her colleagues.

“Her approach, her understanding of what is required and her professionalism really make her stand out. I am delighted that Charlotte has received this public recognition for all her hard work.”
