THE COVENTRY Building Society Arena is set for a major makeover with work already under way to enhance the venue’s event and meeting experience.
The front entrance will be revamped following the opening of the south pavilion entrance last year.
The arena’s atrium has already been refreshed with new colours and branding while the main boardroom has also been redesigned and equipped with audio-visual technology.
Work is being carried out to improve the other meeting rooms, while two offices will also be refurbished.
The on-site Doubletree by Hilton Hotel is also set for a facelift and will be freshly decorated over the coming months.
These works will give new looks to the lobby and reception while hotel rooms and bathrooms will be upgraded.
The hotel air conditioning system will be improved in time for the summer and new flooring is also being installed in the hotel restaurant.
These are the first round of enhancements set to come to the Arena in the coming year.
