Coventry building society creates 20 new jobs for recently opened office

COVENTRY Building Society is creating 20 new customer service roles at its recently opened head office in Binley.

This is in response to the rising demand for over-the-phone customer service.

The firm is also looking for 10 new apprentices in different parts of the business.

Sam Richards, Head of Customer Service at Coventry Building Society, said: “We’re proud to be a Coventry business and we want local people who love customer service to join us.”
