COVENTRY Building Society has been named as one of the best workplaces in Britain for women by Great Place to Work.
The firm was ranked 14th out of the 39 super large organisations following feedback from the annual employee survey.
The results are determined by what female staff have anonymously reported about their experiences at work as well as how well represented they feel in the workforce.
Great Place to Work analysed Coventry Building Society’s efforts to empower women through its workplace culture.
This result follows the building society’s positive performance in the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing survey earlier this year.
Coventry Building Society’s chief people officer Lucy Becque said: “This is fabulous recognition for the Society – not just for the women who work here, but for everyone.
“It’s really important to us that everyone at the Society feels like they belong and have equal opportunities to be successful.”
