GIN lovers are encouraged to visit Coventry Cathedral this weekend (May 19 and 20) for its ‘much-anticipated’ festival of the drink.
Organisers work in unique venues such as old fire stations and ruins – making the Coventry Cathedral the perfect location.
The event will be held in the main cathedral and ruins and will offer gin-fanatics the opportunity to try over 100 varieties of gin.
The festival will also include live music and food, as the organisation pairs up with the cathedral’s own established society – Coventry Cathedral Dining Club.
The session will run from 6.30pm to 11pm on Friday May 19 and 12.30pm until 11pm on Saturday May 20.
Entrants must be over 18 and may be asked for ID.
