Coventry cheerleading team flying high after donation

AWARD-winning cheerleading club Coventry Dynamite has been given a £1,000 cash boost from Persimmon Homes for their All Girl level four team Lady Grenades.

The money will go towards the Lady Grenades travel costs so they can continue competing in competitions across the globe.

The group has been running for over 16 years and train at Woodlands School, offering coaching for boys and girls aged four and over.

They have 18 competitive teams, winning many gold medals at national and international competitions.




They aim to develop local and travelling athletes while helping them develop a healthy lifestyle.

Rose Lynch, Sales Manager at Persimmon Homes Central said: “We are delighted make this donation to Coventry Dynamite who are providing great opportunities for people to develop in this sport and compete at a very high level.


“We wish them all the very best for future competitions.”
