Coventry chosen as latest location for rapidly expanding firm

Coventry Editorial 7th May, 2023   0

A RECRUITMENT firm with nine offices across the Midlands and North West England has chosen Coventry as the location for their next office.

Swift Temps has continued to invest in the West Midlands having already opened a brand new headquarters in Redditch last year with new offices in Telford and Birmingham also opening in the past 12 months.

The addition of the new Coventry office, facilitates the company’s continued growth as they seek to support workers with finding temporary and permanent employment positions during the cost- of-living crisis.

Swift Temps was founded in 2016 when Redditch born entrepreneur Damian Lee left his senior recruitment role in Birmingham to launch Swift, at the time using his home as collateral.

Mr Lee’s risk paid off and the company now has eight offices across the West Midlands and North West England with offices in Oldbury, Telford, Coventry, Manchester, St Helens, Preston, Wakefield and Deeside.

The company’s Coventry branch specialises in placing workers in engineering and industrial sectors both in temporary and permanent roles, across Coventry and Warwickshire.

Mr Lee said: ‘We’re delighted to open our latest office in Coventry, our fourth office in the West Midlands.

“Whilst individuals across the region continue to face uncertainty associated with rising household costs, we are really excited to help local people get back in to work or in to better paid positions.

“Having lived in the Midlands for my whole life, it’s a personal ambition of mine to help local people back in to work during these unprecedented economic circumstances.”
