Coventry developer expands into new premises

LOCAL housebuilder Bellway South Midlands has moved into larger premises in the city after five years of sustained growth.

The division has relocated from its former offices at Coventry Business Park to new offices in Oak House at Eastwood Business Village.

Formed in 2016, Bellway South Midlands is one of the national housebuilder’s newest trading divisions and now employs hundreds ofpeople.

Ben Smith, managing director of Bellway South Midlands, said: “This move into a bigger office space represents the next phase of our growth of a division and is testament to the success we are enjoying in this region.




“Although the Bellway South Midlands division was only created five years ago, the team continues to go from strength to strength.

“Our headquarters was established in Coventry and we now feel very much part of the community here. When we identified the need for larger premises, it was always our intention to stay within the city.


The company are playing a key role in the Keresley Sustainable Urban Extension which is delivering a total of 3,100 homes on the northern edge of the city.

Work has started on the 40 homes at Jubilee Green as part of that initiative.

Ben added: “We have recently acquired new sites in Coventry, Bromsgrove, Daventry and Worcestershire Parkway and are continuing to seek more land in suitable locations as we look to continue our expansion across the region.”
