COVENTRY drug dealer Abdul Tekehzadeh has been jailed for 48 months after being found guilty of possession with intent to supply cocaine and heroin.

The 51-year-old was arrested in March 2019 when officers stopped him while driving, and they found wraps of cocaine and heroin when searching the car.

After being arrested, a search was then carried out at his Canterbury Street address where a mobile phone was recovered with messages relating to drug dealing on it.

Tekehzadeh originally pleaded not guilty but was found guilty by a jury when the case came to crown court.
