THE OFFICIAL launch of the Coventry voluntary community and social enterprise alliance manifesto saw over 50 organisations join the event.
Voluntary action Coventry’s membership came together on September 26, and made the commitment to make the city a better place for residents.
During the event, participants created a paper chain which represented the way each organisation is a link for community resilience in the city.
Sue Ogle, CEO for Voluntary Action Coventry said: “Our Coventry VCSE Alliance Manifesto is a mechanism to explore how we can be stronger together and achieve a better Coventry for all.
“We are united by our passion, whether that is to bring about policy change or to make a difference in the lives of a few or of many.”
VAC is urging organisations in Coventry to join the Alliance.
