A COVENTRY man has been arrested after reports of sexual assault in the city.
West Midlands Police were called to East Street in the early hours this morning (November 1) after reports of a disturbance.
Officers attended and arrested a man in his 30s on suspicion of sexual assault and possession of a class B drug – he remains in custody today while our enquiries continue.
The force said they have dedicated officers who investigate current and non-recent sexual offences and are committed to listening to everyone who comes forward.
