POLICE in Coventry have charged a man with firearms offences after weapons were recovered.
Police received a call reporting a man in possession of a firearm in South Ridge on Monday (October 13).
Simon Chisolm, 70, was charged with possession of an imitation firearm with intent. He was remanded to appear at Coventry Magistrates Court on Wednesday (October 15).
On Tuesday (October 14), searches were carried out at a property and more than a dozen weapons of different types were recovered.
