TWO people including a man from Coventry have been jailed for multiple drug offences.
Kelly Gould, 31, of Smithfield Place, Nuneaton, and Dante Kelly, 20, of Hewitt Avenue, Coventry were sentenced at Warwick Crown Court last week.
The duo were arrested on December 29, 2021.
Kelly, arrested after breaching bail conditions not to enter Nuneaton, was found with cannabis, £2000 in cash and two mobile phones.
Shortly after Gould was arrested when officers seized drugs after raiding a house on Smithfield Place.
She was arrested again on March 8, 2022 when detectives seized drugs after stopping a car on Barton Road, Bedworth.
The 31-year-old was arrested twice more for drug offences while on court bail awaiting trial.
Gould pleaded guilty to one count of possession with intent to supply cocaine, one count of possession with intent to supply crack cocaine, and two counts each of possession with intent to supply heroin.
She also pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis, being concerned in the supply of heroin and being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and was jailed for two years and seven months.
Kelly pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of heroin, being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine, and possession of cannabis.
He was also convicted of drug offences in Coventry and jailed for two years and two months.
Det Con Dan Stanton from Nuneaton Proactive CID said: “This is another example of how we continue to work to disrupt the supply of drugs in the Nuneaton and Bedworth.
“I encourage people affected by drug dealing to report offending and drug-related antisocial behaviour to us.
“This will help prevent further offences and protect our communities.”
