Coventry Editorial 6th Apr, 2024   0

LOWER Precinct Shopping Centre in Coventry has announced the arrival of several new stores to open in the centre alongside the appointment of a new centre manager.

Work has been carried out to transform the former Next unit, creating four new retail spaces.

The new stores opening are The Works, The Fragrance Shop, Cards Direct and Sostrene Grene.

The announcement comes following the successful opening of Superdrug and Shoezone in 2023 in the popular shopping centre.

Lower Precinct has also been welcoming Nic Demagalski as the new centre manager.

Nic has experience in retail from the Mailbox and Bullring in Birmingham city centre as well as involvement in international events like the Commonwealth Games.

Speaking of his appointment, he said he was excited to embark on his Lower Precinct journey and ‘could not wait to get started on contributing to its vibrant community spirit’.

“Lower Precinct is not just a shopping destination – it’s a cornerstone of Coventry’s culture and identity,” he said.

“I’m excited to harness the energy of this historic city to create unforgettable experiences and forge meaningful connections within our community.”
