COVENTRY’s Cinderella has been nominated as the best pantomime in the UK.
The UK Pantomime association announced that The Belgrade Theatre has been nominated for two awards for the Pantomime.
Cinderella is part of the Imagine Theatre which has been nominated for seven other awards.
Steve Boden joint CEO and managing director of Imagine said: “We are always delighted to see our work and the genre of pantomime being recognised and are thrilled with our nominations this year.
“Whether we win or lose it’s always a great event and an opportunity to catch up with others in the industry, so we are very much looking forward to the award ceremony on June 18.”
Imagine Theatre works on over forty pantomime productions across the United Kingdom a year.
Winners will be announced at the Pantomime Awards in Guildford on June 18.
