WASTE removal expert HIPPO announced its sponsorship of Coventry based superbike racer.
Shane Richardson is a New Zealand superbike racer taking part in the upcoming Bennetts British Superbike Championship.
Racing under the banner of HIPPO Suzuki, operated by Astro JJR, Shane is set to ignite the track backed by HIPPO’s support.
Shane, 28 is a seasoned rider with 24 years of racing experience under his belt, this sponsorship marks his first major sponsorship deal in the superbike arena.
Shane’s extensive background in motorcycling, coupled with his expertise as a skilled joiner specialising in crafting bespoke kitchens and cabinetry, resonated strongly with HIPPO.
Known for its HIPPOBAGs and rubbish clearance services, HIPPO is eager to extend its brand visibility through this sponsorship.
Managing director at HIPPO, Gareth Lloyd Jones said: “Being able to sponsor a talented joiner, who has turned a hobby of motorbike riding into a career has provided a new and exciting opportunity for HIPPO.

Shane spent two years off the track before his recent racing success in New Zealand, making this season a real comeback.
He recently secured a job as a test driver for Triumph which created more opportunities in the world of racing.

As the season gears up for action-packed races across the UK and Spain, including iconic circuits like Thruxton Circuit in Andover, anticipation is building for Shane Richardson and Team HIPPO Suzuki.
Official races kick off in April and culminate in October.
