A MAN has been charged with attempted murder after a teenager was stabbed in Coventry.
The 16-year-old boy was attacked in a park off Kitchener Road on Sunday (February 4), although his injuries were not life-threatening.
Ismail Hussain, 19 and from Coventry, has been charged with attempted murder and possession of a knife.
He appeared at Coventry Magistrates Court yesterday (February 6) and was remanded to appear before Crown Court on March 5.
Anyone who was in the area between 1pm and 2pm and has any footage has been asked to contact police.
