A MAN has been charged with the of murder Krzysztof Salasa who has died after being found with serious injuries on a Coventry street last month.
Mr Salasa was discovered by paramedics with head injuries in Brighton Street at around 8pm on August 19.
The 50-year-old was treated in hospital but died on August 31, after which police launched a murder investigation.
A 50-year-old man was arrested yesterday (September 1) and has now been charged with murder.
Tomasz Langner of no fixed abode appeared before Coventry Magistrates Court today (September 2) and has been remanded to appear at Warwick Crown Court on Tuesday, September 5.
Mr Salasa’s family have been informed and are being supported by specially trained officers.
