A WOMAN has been charged with the murder of her new-born baby in Coventry.
West Midlands police discovered the baby at an address on Raglan Street last Wednesday (March, 6).
The baby is believed to be just a few days old.
The post-mortem was inconclusive and further tests will be carried out.
Jia Xin Teo, aged 21, was charged with murder and appeared before Coventry Magistrates Court on Saturday (March, 9).
She was remanded to appear before Warwick Crown Court today (March 11).
