PLANNING has been granted for an extension to the major ‘Golden Triangle’ logistics park in Coventry.
Prologis UK, a prominent player in logistics property development, has received planning consent to extend Prologis Park Coventry, adding 159,000sq ft of prime logistics space to the renowned park.
The extension – set to accommodate either a single unit or a two-unit scheme based on customer demand – marks a significant expansion in one of the UK’s most sought-after industrial regions.
Positioned just five minutes from M6 J3 and within close proximity to five different motorways, Prologis Park Coventry holds a prestigious status among businesses operating in the automotive and wider logistics sectors.
When completed, the project will elevate the total value of Prologis-managed assets in the Midlands to over £3billion, further solidifying its presence in Warwickshire with a total footprint exceeding 3.4millionsq feet across Prologis Park Ryton and Prologis Park Coventry.

“Supporting the growth of businesses, and attracting more commercial activity to the area, will secure the delivery of a valuable employment site and bring inward investment and jobs to the borough.”
Designed with employee wellbeing in mind, the extension features amenities such as landscaped communal areas and convenient access routes, fostering a conducive work environment.
Prologis UK’s commitment to sustainability is evident, with the project targeting an EPC A rating, BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification, and a net-zero carbon footprint in construction.
