FAST work from Coventry Police saw arrests made and stolen gaming and electrical equipment recovered within hours of a city break-in.

Police were alerted to a burglary at a business on Croft Road during the early hours of last Thursday, November 23.

After enquiries, officers identified two suspects and detained them in the city centre the same afternoon.

Lewis Long, aged 23, and Daniel Horne, 30, both of no fixed address, have now been charged with burglary and appeared before Coventry Magistrates Court on Saturday.

They were remanded into custody ahead of a further court hearing on Thursday.

The stolen items were recovered and returned to the business owner to ensure they could continue trading.
