THOSE wishing to book out the Night Before Christmas or a copy of A Christmas Carol will be able to do so as Central Library has announced it will remain open during most of the festive holidays.
The library in Coventry City Centre will open between midday and 4pm on Christmas Eve before closing for Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
Following the festivities, the library will reopen from 9am until 5pm between Wednesday, December 27 and Friday, December 29 before once again shutting down for the New Year.
All other libraries will remain closed over Christmas, with Bell Green, Stoke, Foleshill and Tile Hill open on Tuesday, January 2 and all libraries returning to normal opening hours on Thursday, January 4.
