SKY BLUES in the Community dementia active project has been nominated for a national award.
It has earned national recognition by becoming a finalist at The Dementia In Care Awards.
The project, which has been nominated in the Co-production and Partnerships category, stands alongside Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust in the competition.
The Dementia Active project, aimed at enhancing the lives of people living with dementia through physical activities and community engagement, has been lauded for its innovative approach and effective collaboration.
The Dementia In Care Awards ceremony is set to take place on June, 13 at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London.
