Wheels in motion for Myton Hospice's annual charity cycle ride

Coventry Editorial 9th Apr, 2024   0

THE MYTON Hospices annual cycle challenge is taking place from Warwick Myton Hospice on August, 4.

The 20km distance is brand new for this year, as well as the 50km, 100km and 100 mile distances still taking place.

Once applicants have chosen their distances, they can start raising money in sponsorship for the hospice.

If cyclists pledge to raise over £100, they will receive a 2024 cycle jersey.

The top three fundraisers will receive a limited edition of Myton hoodie.

The hospice will provide food, drinks and entertainment once the distance has been completed.

Back by popular demand on the 100km and 100 mile routes is the Saintbury Hill timed hill climb – one woman and one man will have the chance of being crowned the Myton Champions and win a unique Champions jersey.

The charity hope to raise £37,500 from the event which could fund the running cost of their inpatient unit for 7 days.

The hospice have a limited number of bikes they can allocate – email [email protected] to arrange.

Visit: mytonhospice.org/Cycle to sign up before May, 7 for an early bird discount.
