Coventry pub on the search for the city's best lookalikes

A COVENTRY pub has enlisted the help of some of Britain’s most famous faces as it launches a search for Coventry’s best lookalikes.

A-listers David and Victoria Beckham, Daniel Craig and even Her Majesty the Queen joined forces at the Hungry Horse pub and the Bull & Anchor on Wheelwright Lane to launch the competition.

The top four best British celeb lookalikes will each win themselves a family holiday worth £1,000.

The lucky winners will also have the opportunity to bag themselves a listing on the Lookalikes Agency – a renowned celebrity lookalike and tribute act agency which is currently featuring in new TV series, Lookalikes.

Kellie Brookes, general manager at the Bull & Anchor, said: “We enlisted the help of some very recognisable British faces to launch our lookalikes competition and celebrate our new Best of British festival menu.

“If you think you’re a dead-ringer for a British celebrity and you could give our a-list line up a run for their money then we want to hear from you.

“It would be great to see a Coventry resident take home the holiday and the chance of becoming the UK’s next top lookalike artist.”

To enter, and be in with a chance of winning a family holiday, entrants must post a photo of themselves, or someone they know, on the Hungry Horse lookalikes Facebook page by visiting www.facebook.com/HHlookalike – entries close on Monday (April 18).
