Coventry Sphinx new home kit delights Music Museum whose hard work pays off

COVENTRY SPHINX’s new home shirt will have a fresh look this year after the popular city club have received backing from the Coventry Music Museum.

The deal was secured courtesy of museum volunteer and football enthusiast Kev Monks.

Out of 21 Sphinx sponsors, one lucky golden ticket – of which the winner would appear on Sphinx’s home kit – was picked out, and fortunately for Kev it was the music museum.

Museum director Julie Chambers said: “We are absolutely delighted and so proud that the name of our award winning museum will be out there for so many football fans to see.

“The teaming up of two very well known Coventry brands is great for both of us and great for the City of Coventry too.”
