Coventry woman missing for several days

A COVENTRY woman has been missing for several days.

It is believed, Aarifa Bilal left her Foleshill Road home on Friday morning (January 8) to drop her nephew at school.

But family members raised the alert with police over the weekend after they did not hear from the 25-year-old for 48 hours.

Ms Bilal is slim, Asian and about 5ft 3ins tall with shoulder length dark brown hair, she is likely to be wearing glasses.

Coventry Police Inspector Andrew Keast urged Ms Bilal or anyone who thought they may have seen her to get in touch.

He added: “Her family were under the impression she was going to stay with a friend but we have not been able to confirm this and they have not heard from her now for several days.

“We suspect she is still in the Coventry area.”

Anyone with any information should call police on 101.
