COVENTRIANS will be able to dance, jive and have the time of their lives while raising money for a good cause in the ABBA themed ‘Glow for Myton’ event.

Hundreds of fundraisers will be putting their foot forward to walk, jog, dance or run their way around the 70s-themed 5km route before returning for the ABBA Legacy After Party.

Starting and finishing at the HMV Empire, the event will take place in Coventry City Centre on Saturday, April 22 to raise funds for Myton Hospice.

There will be a DJ from 7.30pm as well as a dance along and warm up with Matt Print.

There will be three exciting new Glow Zones along the route, with a Bubble Disco Tunnel, 70s Foam Tunnel and ABBA LED glowing sphere columns with plenty of tunes playing.

The after-party at the HMV Empire will feature two 45-minute sets from tribute act ABBA Legacy, with a break for a balloon drop with prizes up for grabs.

And there will also be a 70s-themed fancy dress competition, with the best dressed winning two tickets and guest list entry to an event at the HMV Empire.

Myton provides care for patients and their families living with terminal illnesses across the region.

Early bird passes will be available until March 20 for £15, although it will cost £20 after that and £30 on the night.
