A CELEBRATION of the life of Keaton Slater will be held at Coventry Cathedral.
The funeral service will take place at midday on July 30.
Everyone should be seated by 11.50am with family and friends at the front and everyone else in the second block.
Afterwards there will be the committal at Canley Crematorium and the wake from 3pm at Radford Social Club.
The family, which has released the details of the celebration of his life, have requested family flowers only.
People can, if they wish, make donations to Coventry Cathedral in Keaton’s memory.
Keaton died after being hit by a car which failed to stop on Radford Road on June 14.
Last month, Coventry City FC paid tribute to the 12-year-old Sky Blues fan and the club has been liaising with Keaton’s family to support them and to work on a way to pay tribute to him.
In a statement, the club said: “The 12-year-old was a huge Coventry City supporter, and the thoughts and condolences of everyone at Coventry City Football Club and the entire Sky Blue community are with Keaton’s family and friends at this awful time for them.”
