COVENTRY City Council has launched its latest round of Arts and Culture project grants.
The scheme offers local people the chance to get involved in the city’s cultural life to benefit from increased health and wellbeing as a result.
The Arts and Culture team launched the grants scheme in 2020 for organisations to deliver projects which could assist in getting residents into cultural life.
This is the fourth and final round of funding, with grants between £5,000 and £12,000 up for grabs from a £75,000 total.
The projects need to be taking place between October and next April and must engage with people in Coventry who are either from black, Asian or minority ethnic backgrounds.
Grants are also open to projects which engage with people with disabilities or who are living in one of the city’s 28 areas of highest deprivation.
Projects wishing to gain funding should submit an expression of interest form by next Friday, July 8, with the deadline for full applications being August 12.
