A MAN was arrested and drugs and weapons seized when a house in Coventry was raided by police.
Officers executed a Section 23 drugs warrant at the address in Longford earlier today.
Three rooms full of cannabis plants were discovered there.
Police also found two adapted offensive weapons which they also confiscated.
The man held is now in police custody.
Insp Hanif Ullah praised Henley and Longford Neighbourhood Team for their ‘fantastic work’, adding: “A huge quantity of drugs off our streets, dangerous weapons recovered and one in custody.
“Making our communities safer is a priority.”
