TODAY (Monday November 30) sees the first students at Coventry University receiving free rapid result Covid-19 testing on campus to ensure they can return home in time for Christmas.
The university is running the new testing site at its Priory Sports Hall with NHS Test & Trace using Lateral flow testing devices which allow results to be quickly turned around within an hour.
Symptom-free testing is being offered to all of its 35,000 cohort of undergraduate and post-graduate students in Coventry. To book a test in Coventry students can visit here. They are also partnering with Greenwich University, to enable students at their London campuses to access a test.
