FIVE Coventry parks have been recognised for their excellence with the green flag award.
Coombe Abbey Park, War Memorial Park, Allesley, Longford and Caludon Castle Park have all received the award.
The green flag is the international quality mark for parks and green spaces, awarded by Keep Britain Tidy.
This is the 16th year in a row Coombe Abbey Park has been awarded the Green Flag.
It has also been awarded the Green Heritage Site Accreditation for the management of its historic features for the second successive year.
