'Fridays Superstars' features a day of sports challenges in the run up to Birmingham 2022

FRIDAYS will host an event full of sports challenges in the run up to the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.

Boxing, gymnastics, football, netball, fitness and athletics will be among the activities on offer from 12pm to 4pm on June 12 at St Finbarr’s Sports and Social Club, Holbrook Lane.

Friday’s Superstars is aimed at children and young people aged five to 25, along with their families and other members of the community.

People will be able to meet Perry the bull – the Birmingham 2022 mascot and there will be a raffle, live entertainment and a surprise performance.
