PARENTS struggling with the cost-of-living crisis will be able to get new school clothes for their youngsters at a free uniform pop-up shop this summer.
The pop-up shop is run by Clothing Coventry and will allow people to get their hands on items including shirts, polo shirts, dresses, trousers, jumpers, blazers, shoes and trainers for free.
Clothing Coventry started the uniform shop this week and have served around 70 families a day, meaning they are already low on certain clothing items.
Parents with children who have either left school or outgrown their current uniform will also be able to drop off clothes at the shop.
The pop-up shop will be held at The Salvation Army on Upper Well Street and is available for anyone to use.
People will be able to access it every Tuesday and Thursday between now and August 25 from 10am until 2pm.
