COVENTRIANS will be able to take a look at and have their say on detailed proposals for the first phase of the more than £400million city centre south project.
The exhibition will be held by project developers Shearer Property Regeneration Limited (SPRL) and will be held in Shelton Square between midday and 6pm this Wednesday.
A second look at the plans will be held at the same place on Saturday, April 1 between 10am and 3pm.
In January, the city council agreed to changes to the site’s outline plans, including more homes and affordable housing, and a different amount of retail space.
The plans were approved after SPRL spoke to local groups and businesses last November.
The exhibition will show the designs as well as information on the proposed timeframe for the project to be delivered, and people will be able to ask questions to project team members.
This feedback will help ahead of the submission of a detailed planning application.
If you are unable to attend the exhibition, visit www.citycentresouth.co.uk to see details of the updated proposals as well as an online form to add comments for the project team.
