KATIE Line is pedalling hard for Myton Hospice.

The Napton resident is nearly half way through the Myton Virtual Challenge – to cycle the 874 mile distance from John O’Groats to Lands End – in memory of lost loved ones.

A close friend of Katie’s lost her soulmate Alan Young in October, followed by a loss of another friend Karl Crowther in December, and then her sister-in-Law Kate Blencowe.

Katie, who is finance director at Helicentre Aviation, is raising money for both The Myton Hospices and Cancer Research.

Visit www.justgiving.com/Katie-line874 to donate.

* Taking part in the Virtual Cycle Challenge costs £5. Participants pick the distance they want to cover and the route they will take.
