A LANE closure will need to be put in place for work on Monday as Severn Trent attempts to repair a water leak near the entrance to Coventry’s University Hospital.
The firm, which has been trying to locate the Clifford Bridge Road leak since Wednesday, believes it has found the source of the problem and will be making trial excavations to confirm the location and make a repair.
The lane closure would need to be put in place as Severn Trent will need to dig in the carriageway.
Sven Brown, Water Network Regional Lead at Severn Trent said it aims to minimise any disruption caused by our roadworks.
The firm is liaising closely with both Coventry City Council’s traffic team and the hospital management to find the source of this leak.
