THE LGBTQ+ radio station GlitterBeam is now available on DAB in Coventry.
This follows the launch of the new Small Scale DAB multiplex in the area.
Since starting online in 2019, GlitterBeam has expanded on DAB in the North-East of England, and Cambridgeshire.
The station, which is entirely run by volunteers, is also broadcast on Freeview on channel 277.
Eugenio Ceriello, Station Manager, said “We are over the moon about being in Coventry and are excited about this new adventure and this expansion.
“We hope we can bring a new voice with entertainment and information tailored to the local LGBTQ+ community.
“We hope now local businesses will join our station with our advertising plans and support our project.”
