A MAN has been jailed after pleading guilty to multiple burglaries at new-build houses in Nuneaton.
Max Davies broke into a property in Roman Avenue on March 13 and stole a television.
He then stole three televisions after breaking into two more houses in the same road on March 19.
The 36-year-old was arrested after his blood was found at the scene of one of the burglaries.
Davies, of Wordsworth Road, Loughborough, pleaded guilty to three counts of burglary. Last week he received a one-year prison sentence at Coventry Crown Court.
Det Sgt Alan Gardner from the Nuneaton Serious Organised Acquisitive Crime Team said: “It was clear Davies was targeting new-build houses and he was identified following good work from our forensics teams.
“We’re pleased to have secured this conviction.”
