A MAN will appear at Coventry Magistrates Court today (October 7) charged with dangerous driving and driving while disqualified.

Tony Berrill will stand accused of failing to stop for officers and driving dangerously through Coventry city centre earlier this week.

The 24-year-old, of no fixed address, was stopped on Sewell Highway on the evening of Wednesday (October 5).

Four other people were arrested from the vehicle, a 21-year-old and two 17-year-olds – who were later released without charge – and a 19-year-old man who was cautioned for possession of cannabis.
