A MAN has been arrested by plain-clothed officers on suspicion of possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply and assaulting an officer.
The man, 33, was arrested near St Michael’s fire station.
Police have now recovered a bag full of Class A drugs and large amounts of cash.
A Coventry police spokesperson thanked the neighbourhood team for ‘getting more drugs off the street and safeguarding the public.’
