A 53-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested on suspicion of murder following the discovery of a body in Corley on Sunday (October 23).
Police investigating the death of David Lamont have made the arrest while inspectors continue to piece together Mr Lamont’s final hours and the circumstances that led to his death.
Detective Inspector Anna Middleton said: “We’d like to thank everyone who has responded to our appeal for information so far.
“We’re keeping an open mind and continue to urge anyone who was in or around Burrow Hill Lane between 11.30pm on Saturday and 8.30am on Sunday to contact us.”
