A VIOLENT assault in Coventry has left the victim in a life-threatening condition.
A man in his 40s was attacked in Waterloo Street at around 4am on Tuesday (February 11).
The assailant left in a blue electric car.
The victim suffered serious head injuries.
A 24-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and remains in custody.
