Man stabbed multiple times outside Coventry restaurant 'stable' in hospital

A MAN is in a ‘serious but stable’ condition after being stabbed multiple times outside Antalya Turkish restaurant in Coventry.

As we reported, a man, 31, was attacked following an argument inside the restaurant on Walsgrave Road at 8pm on Sunday night (April 7).

A police update said: “Enquiries continue, victim serious but stable.”

A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: “It is believed an argument took place between a group of men inside the restaurant, which carried on outside.




“A man pulled a knife on another of the men, and stabbed him multiple times in the chest and leg before fleeing the scene.

“The injured man, aged 31, was taken to hospital where he remains in a serious condition.
