A MAN sustained ‘serious stab injuries’ in Coventry last night.
Police were called to Victoria Street, Hillfields, at 2.30am this morning (September 20).
A 56-year-old man is in a critical condition in hospital.
West Midlands Police said: “A man was found in the street with serious stab injuries.
“Police have sealed off Victoria Street and a part of Canterbury Street for forensic examination.
“Detectives are also exploring CCTV in the area and asking for witnesses to contact them quoting log 182 of 20/9.
