It’s been a challenging year for everyone but we’ve seen so much community spirit and heroes being made in every single town and village across the region.
What a wonderful part of the world we live in and what incredible people we have here. From our local carers and NHS workers to our councils, local BID teams, our police officers, fire brigades, churches and religious groups, community clubs, societies and businesses. Plus the many people who have gone over and above helping feed elderly neighbours, raising funds for the NHS, raising spirits, making PPE and generally doing good in the community.
Thank you to everyone who has played their part and helped make this challenging year a little easier.
