WANT TO BE IN A NEW MUSIC VIDEO?

Matt Cattell from Innovations of Sound is looking for 92 people to feature in a upcoming video for a new electronic track by the D8TA PROJECT called ‘Faces’.

All you have to do is take two quality passport type photos of yourself, just your face and shoulders.

It has to be in colour with a blank background and absolutely NO FILTER!

It will be changed to black and white and edited by the team. They are looking for varied expressions – happy, sad, crying, smiling, bored, excited, fingers in ears, covering your eyes, blowing a kiss etc.

The most interesting photos will be selected for the video, so be adventurous. The closing time for all entries is Friday February 9 at 6pm. The photos will be chosen by myself and a team of three.

Those who are selected will be informed by message before the video editing starts. You must be 18 and over to enter.

The finished video will be put out on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Innovation of Sound hold all the rights to the public video©innovationofsound2018.

Send the photos to me via messenger or via [email protected] No photos on this post please as they won’t be considered for the video. Please feel free to share with your friends. Get snapping!

CANDID

Rob Latimer, Dan Latimer, Sam Baines, Ben Williams are collectively known as Candid, and have been flexing their musical muscles of late. They have just played what the band consider to have been their best gig to date at Coventry’s Kasbah.

Last year they released the quality single ‘Breathless’, and recently the guys have been pushing the band on social media. Makes perfect sense, as they have got something to shout about, self belief and a lot of musical talent.

Candid are well worth watching, you just never know if they will be the next ones to put the city on the map.

Even if they don’t, it looks like they will have fun trying.

They next play Coventry at The Tin on February 16 as part of the Sonic Gun Concerts: with RedFaces & The Broken Rebels. Go to https://www.seetickets.com/event/redfaces/the-tin-at-the-coal-vaults/1187697 for tickets
